Geraldine was the daughter of Earl Bertram Yerian and Nellie May Hayth.
She married on June 5, 1935, to Elba Ross.

Geraldine Ross, 88, of Orchard Lane, Jackson, Ohio, passed away Saturday at Adena Medical Center in Chillicothe.
Born March 5, 1916, she was the daughter of the late Earl Bert and Nellie May Hayth Yerian. Also, she was preceded in death by her husband, Elba Ross; four brothers and one sister.
Surviving are four sons, Earl of Cleveland, Paul (Mitzy) of Marion, Ind., Larry (Brenda) of Jackson and Carl of Jackson; five daughters, Thelma (David) Harper of Raymond, Ohio, Carol (Carl) Sears of Jackson, Helen (Donald) Ryan of Merietta, Okla., Ida Keairns of Jackson and Nancy Ross of Nelsonville; and one brother, Denver Yerian of Kentucky.
Calling hours were set for Monday from 4 to 8 p.m. at Mayhew Funeral Home, Jackson, where services were set for 1 p.m. Tuesday, with Rev. Jack Hughes officiating and burial to follow in Evergreen Cemetery.
Geraldine was the daughter of Earl Bertram Yerian and Nellie May Hayth.
