WILLIAMS, SIBYL M., 73, of Clearwater, died Tuesday (Sept. 28, 1993) at Central Park Lodge, Clearwater. She was born in Montgomery County, Ga., and came here in 1972 from Hinsdale, Ill. She was a member of Lakeview Baptist Church, Clearwater. Survivors include her husband, James N.; a son, Garlan S., Hudson; a daughter, Karen L. Meilleur, Chapel Hill, N.C.; three sisters, Agnes Calhoun, Tarrytown, Ga., and Ruby Hilton and Jewel Williams, both of Vidalia, Ga.; a brother, Herbert Memory, Jacksonville; several nieces and nephews; and five grandchildren.
