Mrs. Rosa Lee (Dunn) Kilgore, 84, of New Hope, died Wednesday at a Huntsville nursing home.

The funeral will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Hebron Baptist Church. Burial will be in Walker Cemetery, New Hope Funeral Home in charge. The Rev. Denton Adams will officiate.

Survivors include four sons, Colyn Dunn Kilgore of Atlanta, GA, William Walker "Jack" Kilgore of Arbuky, IL, Jim Walter Kilgore of Jacksonville, FL, and Donald Ray "Peewee" Kilgore of Chicago, IL; five daughters, Emily May (Kilgore) Green, Edna Violet (Kilgore) Ledbetter Dilworth, Audrey Elizabeth (Kilgore) Pendergrass, all of New Hope, Izzie Lois (Kilgore) Ball of Athens, and Rosa Nell (Kilgore) Leak of Chicago, IL; 27 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; two-great-great-grandchildren and a great-great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Dunn and Martha Elizabeth "Lizzie" Cobb Dunn, her husband, Marion Izzie Kilgore, three sons, James Daniel "J. D." Kilgore, Marion Izzie Kilgore, Jr, and Joe Randolph Kilgore and one daughter, Ruby Constance Kilgore.
