Five years ago all of the children of Father and Mother McComas came back home for a family reunion in honor of the golden wedding of their parents. Fiftyfive years of happy wedded life before death claimed one of the partners. But the angel of death must enter every home, and we should be ready to welcome him as the winged messenger of relief for our loved ones in their suffering. Brother McComas was baptized in the Methodist Church in childhood. He was a good neighbor and a great lover of his family and his home. he loved to gather his children about him; and could always be counted on as the life of the party on these cherished occasions. To the family, on this Christmas day we say: "Look you to the birth of Jesus-God becoming a man, to walk talk and suffer with us, that we might sympathize and understand.
