Paul N. Alters

Paul N. Alters of Aaronsburg RD died in the Centre Community Hospital on Saturday at 2 p.m.

Born in Rebersburg, Oct. 21, 1911, he was the son of James N. and Hattie Shawver Alters, who survive, with his wife, the former Madaline V. Hosterman, and six children:

Ronald S. Alters, Millheim; Dale R. Alters, Bellefonte RD 3; Mrs. Laveon Naugle, Hummels Wharf; Delbert H. Alters, New Columbia RD 2; Miss Coleen L. Alters and Loren A. Alters, both of Aaronsburg.

Also surviving are eight brothers and sisters, Lawrence Alters, Spring Mills, Elmer, Richard, Leon Alters and Mrs. Miles Snyder, all of Spring Miles RD 2; Ralph Alters, Aaronsburg; Jay Alters and Mrs. Paul Byers Jr., Millheim; and five grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at the Neff Funeral Home, Millheim, on Tuesday at 2 p.m., with Rev. Donald Hicks officiating. Interment will be in the Fairview cemetery, Millheim. Friends will be received at the funeral home today from 7 to 9 p.m.
