Mrs. Sarah Cleary, widow of Michael Cleary, died Sunday night in El Paso, IL. Sarah Murphy was born in County Tipperary, Ireland, Dec. 23, 1841. She came to America in 1848, settling in Connecticut, and three years later moved to Bloomington, IL, where on Jan. 9, 1863 she was married to Michael Cleary, who died ten years ago. They came to El Paso in 1865 and she has since resided in this vicinity. She is survived by the following children: Lucy, at home; John, Patrick and Mrs. Martin Stack, of El Paso; William, of Paxton; Mrs. R. Corbett, Mrs. Paul Huget, Mrs Edward Head, Edward and James, all of Ludlow; Mrs. J. E. Alexander, of Mooreland, Okla., and one sister, Mrs. Blair, of Boomington. The funeral was held from St. Mary's Church at 9:30 a. .m. Tuesday.
