Miss Lucy Cleary, 69, died at 12:30 a.m. Friday (Aug 6, 1948) in a Peoria hospital after an extended illness. The body was brought to the Otto Vincent Memorial home. Services were held at 9:30 a.m. Monday at St Mary's Catholic Church, with Rev James A. Dollard officiating. Burial was in St Mary's cemetery, Elaso, IL.
Miss Cleary was born Dec 31, 1878, near Gridley, a daughter of Michael and Sarah Murphy Cleary.
