Born September 29, 1931 in Almond, Arkansas, he was the son of Charlie Cleveland Hall and Etta Elizabeth (Cooper) Hall.
Following a career as a journeyman electrician at General Tire, he found his true calling in antiquing. He spent many years at America's Flea Market and Three ''L'' Glass. He was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Ellen (Tidmore) Hall of Locust Grove; three daughters, Lynne Williams (Charlie Morris) of Desha, Arkansas, Laura Cornett (Wayne) of Drasco, Arkansas, and Lolita Rush (Mark) of Batesville, Arkansas; four grandchildren, Amanda Williams, Aron Cornett (Jessica), Jordan Bixler (Mike) and Halle Rush (Jake Henderson); and two great-grandchildren, Gavin Cornett and Beck Cornett; one sister, Lanora Gray of Warren, Michigan; and 28 nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Jesse Hall; C.C. Hall, and W.D. Hall; sisters, Bonnie Gilpatrick, Mildred Delaney, Reatha Stephens, Charlsie Gray, Edith Daniel and Wanda Fountain.
Visitation is from 2:00-3:00 p.m., Saturday, September 9, 2017, with service immediately following at 3:00 p.m. at Roller-Crouch Funeral Home Chapel in Batesville with Don Babb officiating.
Burial will be in Concord Cemetery at Concord, Arkansas under the direction of Roller-Crouch Funeral Home of Batesville.
Pallbearers will be Wayne Cornett, Mark Rush, Charlie Morris, Vaughn Hall, Brice Stephens, Aron Cornett and Gavin Cornett.
Honorary pallbearers are Charles Stephens, Sonny Cooper, Wallace Cooper and Norman Phillips.
