Our beloved Seth Burns Asay passed away on July 19, 1998, at 89 years of age.
He was born on March 12, 1909, in Cannonville, Utah, to Joseph Edward and Susan Sariah Johnson Asay. He was an active member of the LDS Church and served faithfully in many callings, including three full-time missions, together with his wife, Lora Alverda Johnstun Asay, whom he married on February 4th 1929 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.
Funeral Services were held at 10 A.M. on Wednesday, July 22, at the Saint George 19th Ward Chapel, 550 East 700 South, St. George. Friends attended a Viewing at the Chapel One Hour Prior To Services and on Tuesday Evening from 6 to 8 P.M. at Spilsbury & Beard Funeral Home, 110 South Bluff Street in Saint. George.
Interment followed at Georgetown Cemetery, Cannonville, Utah.
Lora died on March 9th 2004.
