Isabelle was the third daughter to Andrew and Margaret Blackburn Robson in Aspatria, Cumberland, England 11 Dec 1867. She was always called Belle. Her father brought the family to the NE in 1885.

Isabelle married Frank 10 Jun 1896 in Salt Lake City. How they met is unknown unless he was on the ship which is possible if it left England at Liverpool.

Isabelle and Frank had four children who lived in UT, CA, and MD.
