Funeral services will be held at 2 p. m. tomorrow for Mrs. Emily Bigler Kerr, the widow of Gen. Frederick B. Kerr.

Mrs. Kerr died at her home at 805 Old Town Road at 5:50 a. m. Saturday.

She was born at Clearfield April 17, 1877, a daughter of the late Edmund A. and Bertha (Wright) Bigler. She was a granddaughter of Governor William Bigler.

Mrs. Kerr was a lifelong member of the First United Presbyterian Church of Clearfield and had belonged longer than any member of the present congregation.

She was also a member of the Susquehanna Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution and the American Legion Auxiliary.

Surviving Mrs Kerr are two daughters: Mrs. William C. (Julia) Chase of Clearfield and Mrs. Robert 0. (Bertha) Read, Providence, R. I.

She also leaves five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Edmund Bigler Kerr.

Funeral services will be from the Fred B. Leavy Funeral Home with the Rev A. C. Clever of the Curwensville Presbyterian Church officiating. Burial will be made in Hillcrest Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 to 4 p. m. and 7 to 9 p. m. today and tomorrow until the hour of services.
