Born Oct. 9, 1941, in Salt Lake City, son of Joseph Lyman and Beth Allred Jessop. Graduated from Murray High School. Graduated from University of Utah in 1970 with a Bachelor of Science and worked as a research chemist. Married Ellen Bronson Dec. 14, 1963. Later married Marla Wight Nov. 10, 1972.
He leaves eight sons and five daughters, Rebecca Herbert, Pinesdale, Montana; May, Harvey Jr., Alice, Isaac, Violet, Israel, Michael, Scott, Daniel, Marcus, Marian, and Darla, all of Lehi, Utah. Also survived by 30 brothers and sisters and a multitude of nieces, nephews, friends and relatives who all loved and will miss him dearly.
Funeral services will be Friday, May 18, 1984, at 1:30 P.M. at the RCA Building, 16961 South Redwood Road, Bluffdale, Utah. Friends may call at Larkin Sunset Gardens, 10600 South 1700 East, Sandy, Thursday 6-8 P.M. and Friday one and a half hours prior to service at the RCA Building. Burial Redwood Memorial Estates.
