George Parish was born August 12, 1866 in Lawrence Co., Indiana to John Wesley and Matilda (Luther) Parish. He married Hester Erwin on August 15, 1895 and she preceded him in death on January 4, 1913, he was also preceded in death by two sons Ulla and Robert, numerous siblings and his parents. George Parish died March 17, 1939 and was buried in the Erwin Cemetery on March 20th.
