Ulla G. Parish was born August 12, 1908 in Lawrence County, Indiana to George and Hester (Erwin) Parish. After his mother passed in January 1913 Ulla and three of his siblings were put up for adoption because their father could not give them the attention they needed. Ulla died in Pendleton, Madison, Indiana on June 11, 1928. He is buried in Muncie, Indiana.

The body of Ulla G. Parish, 24, who died Monday evening in his home in Pendleton, was brought to the Moffitt and Piepho funeral home yesterday and later it was removed to the home of his brother, Paul, 1701 South Blaine street.
He is survived by the father, George, of Mitchell; two sisters, Mrs. Merlin Welsh of Mitchell and Miss Margaret Parish of Bedford; and four brothers, Dallas of Camp Knox, Ky., Vincent and George, both of Cincinnati, and Paul of this city.
Funeral services are to be conducted in the brother's residence at 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon. Burial will follow in Elmridge Memorial Park.
