HENRY ANDERSON DIES
Funeral Services Saturday For Hurst Resident
Henry Anderson, 60, of Hurst died Thursday in the Jackson county Nursing Home at Murphysboro after a long illness.
He was born Dec. 23, 1903. in Jackson County, the son of Bob and Josie Pierce Anderson.
Mr. Anderson was a member of the Pentecostal Church.
He leaves brothers Sam, Charles and Wesley Anderson, all of Murphysboro, and sisters. Mrs. Nora Vincent of St. Louis, Mo., and Mrs. Goldie Ticer, Mrs. Blanch Brewer and Mrs. Alice Bowers, all of Murphysboro.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Crawshaw Mortuary Chapel in Murphysboro, with Sister Irene Chaney of the Grimsby Pentecostal Church officiating. Burial will be in Bartlett Cemetery at Ava.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m. today.
