Blanton and Frankie Norton Blanton. He was a truck driver and an army veteran, serving from 8-5-1953 to 9-15-1955. Survivors include a daughter, Jeanie Ansley of Stroud, Okla., a sister Dora Fay Kirtsey (sic should be Kirksey) of Corpus Christi, Tex, a brother Bobby Jay Blanton of Oklahoma City, Okla., half-brothers Johnny Blanton and Bobby Jay Blanton and half-sister Katharen Grider and number of nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents and a sister, Dorothy Mae Bourbeau and a half-brother Robert E. Blanton.
