Levert Vivion Middleton, the eighth son of Edward James and Carrie Clark Middleton was born December 13, 1919 in Bradenton, Fl. While there, he was a loyal member of Wards' Temple A.M.E. Church. He graduated from Wilberforce University in Ohio and then in listed into the Armed Services. Following Levert's discharge from the Armed Services his never-ending inspiration to learn, perform, and achieve lead him to MeHarry Medical College in Nashville, Tenn. Where he did just that . . . receiving the Degree of Doctor of Medicine. Eagerly he began his new career of practicing medicine in New York City where he also resided with his wife Faye Sandifer Middleton. Dedicated he continues to execute his demanding profession in New York City while he and his wife moved their residence to Tenafly, N. J. Levert was a member of ST. Marks United Methodist Church in New Your City. He was an active member of Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity. He leaves to cherish fond members:his wife, siblings, family and friends.
