Mrs. Andrew Holleck, 71, a resident of Chilton for many years, passed away on Monday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Louis Siegrist, in Hilbert. Mrs. Holleck became ill with pleurisy about a month ago at her home here and was taken to Hilbert.

Emma Schluchter Holleck was born June 11, 1868 in the town of Stockbridge a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Adam Schluchter and was married to Andrew Holleck April 15, 1880 in Chilton. The couple resided on a farm in the town of Stockbridge until Oct. 16, ??? when they came to Chilton. Mr. Holleck died July 27, 1938. The deceased was a member of the Ebenezer Reformed church and of the Ladies; Aid of that church.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Siegrist; three grandsons, Donald, Erwin and Calvin Siegrist, Hilbert; two brothers, Adam and William Schluchter, town of Stockbridge, three sisters, Mrs. Nic Hass, town of Stockbridge; Mrs. John Ziegan, Chilton and Mrs. Paul Pilling, town of Stockbridge.

Funeral services were held this afternoon at the Siegrist home in Hilbert and at the Ebenezer Reformed church. The Rev. E. L. Hennig officiated and burial was in the family lot in Hillside cemetery.

The pallbearers were six nephews, Victor and Elmer Schluchter, Arthur and Frank Hass, Herman Schmeiser and Emil Buschel.
