Mrs. John (Tillie) Ziegan, 83, Water Street, Chilton, died Friday at Calumet Memorial Hospital where she had been a patient for the past two months.
Born May 12, 1879, in the town of Stockbridge, she was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Adam Schluchter, attended district schools in the town, and was married to John Ziegan on Nov. 23, 1897, in Chilton. He died May 26, 1937. One daughter also preceded her in death.
Survivors are two brothers, William Schluchter of Stockbridge, Adam of Chilton and one sister, Mrs. Paul Pilling of Chilton.
Funeral services were held at the United Church of Christ in Chilton. The Rev. Quentin Moeschberger, pastor, officiated with burial in Hillside Cemetery, Chilton.
