Rebecca Lee Lake, 51, of Batesville died Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2002, at Batesville. Born Feb. 15, 1950, in Olden, Mo., she was the daughter of Edward "Bud" and Helen Kethcart Brower. She was employed at ConAgra Frozen Foods in Batesville and she was of the Church of Christ faith. Survivors include her husband, Carroll Lake; two sons, Stanley Brower of Calico Rock and Dustin Lake of Batesville; a daughter, Jennifer Williams and husband, Chris of Batesville; four brothers, Ronnie Brower and wife, Linda of Washington, Mo., Doug Brower and wife, Jo and Louie Brower and wife, Tami, all of Pomona, Mo., and Gerald Brower of West Plains, Mo.; five sisters, Virginia Mitchell of South Elgin, Ill., Janice Fritts and husband, Kenneth of Pomona, Marcella McMurtrey and husband, Larry and Deborah Vigdal and husband, Jim, all of West Plains, and Karen Havens and husband, James of Willow Springs; four grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Chester "Pete" Brower and George Edward Brower; an infant sister; and her grandparents, William and Carrie Kethcart and Arch and Lisa Brower. The funeral will be at 6 tonight at Willis-Hays Funeral Service Chapel in Batesville with Steve Norris officiating. Burial will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Mount Zion Cemetery in Olden with Lynn Hixon officiating. Visitation will be after the service until 8 tonight.
