~OBITUARY OF ANNIE HAFEN JOHANSEN
MOUNT PLEASANT - Mrs. Annie Hafen JOHANSEN, 48, wife of Christian J. JOHANSEN, died in a Salt Lake City hospital Tuesday night, following a major operation.
Mrs. JOHANSEN was born in Midway, Utah, April, 1887, a daughter of Jacob and Lisetta Ott HAFEN. She had resided in Mount Pleasant since she was a child. She was a teacher for some years in the South Ward Relief Society and a member of the ward choir.
Surviving are her husband, a daughter, Beth, and three sons, Auer, Jacob and Ned JOHANSEN, all of Mount Pleasant; also a brother and four sisters, Emil HAFEN, Mrs. Herman BECK, Mrs. Bruce SEELY, Mrs. John HANSEN, Mount Pleasant, and Mrs. Hyrum BRAMATED, Hebron, California.
