Dr. J C Luper Dies at Okolona
Dr. J C Luper, well known Okolona dentist, and civic leader, suffered a heart attack at his home in Okolona Wednesday night and died before a physician could reach him.
Services were conducted from the Okolona Methodist Church Friday morning at 9:30 by the Rev. E Allen Bailey. Burial was in Crystal Springs. He was 66, and opened dental offices in Okolona in 1916. He was a veteran of World War I, a past president of the Mississippi Dental Association, a mason and a shriner.
