Born February 1, 1900 in Colonia, Pacheco, Chihuahua, mexico to Morley Larsen and Lydia Ellen Porter Black, Veteran World War II. Worked for Oakland City Water Works for 40 years. He was a kind man, and had a great love for children, An excellent worker, and very independent. He will be missed by many family, friends and neighbors.
