Retired Master Sgt. Calvin Reed LaBrack, age 85 of Loganville, passed away Sunday, February 16, 2014. Funeral Services will be held 11 AM, Wednesday, February 19, 2014 in the Loganville Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home. Pastor Phil Connell will officiate. Burial will follow at Corinth Memorial Gardens in Loganville. A deacon and member of Lilburn Oaks Baptist Church, Mr. LaBrack retired from the United States Army with 22 ½ years of service. He served in WWII, the Korean Conflict and the Vietnam War. He was a member of the 82nd Airborn Division. Mr. LaBrack is survived by his Wife of 58 years, Lyndal Walker LaBrack, Loganville; Children: Vickie LaBrack, Buford; Becky & Rodney Bridges, Lee & Donna LaBrack, all of Lilburn; Sisters: Bette Ann Howe, Michigan; Alta Sibega, Connecticut; Althea Shay, Massachusetts; Grandchildren: Jason & Emily Poole, Jeffery & Danielle Poole, Katie Combs & Kyle Weatherly, Kevin Combs, Steven & Melissa Bridges, Elizabeth Bridges, Jessica LaBrack; Great Grandchildren: Kaitlyn Poole, Christian & Calvin Poole, Walker & Reid Poole; Numerous Nieces, Nephews, Other Family Members and Friends.
