Survivors include his wife, Hazel Lou Barry Yates; one son, Paul, Lawrenceburg; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Odis Montgomery, Louisville, Mrs. Thelma Brown and Mrs. Reo Adams, both of Lawrenceburg; three brothers, Clyde, Pennsylvania, Kenneth, Bloomfield, and Francis, Indianapolis.
Services were conducted Wednesday at Houghlin Funeral Home in Bloomfield with Raymond Sparrow officiating. Burial was in Fairmount Cemetery.
