YATES, Mr. William Sanford departed this life at the age of 53 years at 8:30 p.m. Sun., Oct. 20, 1974 at his residence, 10108 Thixton Ln.

Beloved husband of Mary Louise Hardin Yates; devoted father of William David Yates and brother of Mrs. Odis (Nettie) Montgomery, Mrs. Thelma Brown, Mrs. Reo (Hallie Mae) Adams, Harvey, Clyde, Kenneth and Francis Yates.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m.. Wed., Oct. 23 at the McAfee Buechel Funeral Home, 3928 Bardstown Rd. by Rev. Clifton Burton of Mt. Washington Christian Church. Interment in Highland Memory Gardens. Masonic services will be at 7:30 p.m. Tues. by Suburban Lodge No. 740 F & AM.
