PHOEBE SHATTO 1915
Phoebe, aged 60 years, wife of John L. Shatto, died early Thursday morning after a long illness, at her home in Shermansdale. Her husband and the following children survive her: Elmer, Shermansdale; Mrs. Annie Seifert, Carlisle; Mrs. Roy Steinberger, Hershey; Mrs. E. S. Loy, New Bloomfield, Theodore Noy of Duncannon is her brother. She was a member of the United Brethren church and her pastor, Rev. Harry Boyer, conducted funeral services at the house on Sunday at 10 a. m. Interment was in the Presbyterian cemetery, Shermansdale.
