She was the wife of the late Louis Hicks.
She leaves a daughter, Mrs. Selby Woolf of Imperial, Mo.; five sons, Loyd Hicks of St. Louis, Larry, Kenneth, and Charley Hicks - all of East St. Louis, and Roy Hicks of St. Louis; six sisters, Mrs. Dana Staggs of East St. Louis, Pearl Jackson of Gobler, Gene Staggs of Rives, Geneva Barron of Steele, Bessie Baines of Kennett, and Nettie Barnes of St. Louis; three brothers, Charles Sanford of Blytheville, Stacy Hicks of Gobler and James Hicks of Hornersville.
Pallbearers were Gary Hicks, Lonny Staggs, Buddy Barron, Lonny Sanford, Clayburn Hicks and Ricky Pace.
Burial was in Mt. Zion Cemetery with the German-Aumon Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
