Mrs. Pauline Head, 75, of Rt. 6. Owensboro, died yesterday [September 10, 1974] at her residence. Born in Daviess County, daughter of the late James W. & Marietta Newton Hayden, she was a member of the Altar Society and St. Raphael Catholic Church. Her husband. Wathen Head, died in 1934. Surviving are three sons, Robert Louis, Eugene Noel & Hayden Edward Head, all of Owensboro; two daughters, Mrs. Ella B. West of Beech Grove and Mrs. Mary H. Barron of Owensboro; 20 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Mrs. Wilma Terry of Owensboro and Mrs. Beatrice Reisz of the Carmel Home. Services 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Raphael Catholic Church with the Rev. Marvin McAtee officiating. Burial in the church cemetery. Friends may call at Delbert J. Glenn Funeral Home after 10 a.m. today.
