Finetti married David Marion Lowrance December 15, 1869 in Tennessee. On September 18, 1870 their first son John Francis (Jack) Lowrance was born. In 1871 the family moved to Kerr County, Texas by wagon. They settled at Center Point and David Marion did carpentery work, building houses and schools in the vicinity of Kerrville. He also raised horses and raced them.
Four more sons were born while living in Kerrville, Texas: Albert Lawson, Henry Milton, George Washington, and Jacob David. On October 25, 1879 just three days after Jacob was born Finetti Jane died leaving behind 5 young sons. Jacob was raised until the age of two by a family named Word. His father David Marion paid the expenses and furnished a cow.
David Marion Lowrance married Isabelle Tedford in 1885.
Finetti is buried in the Starkey Cemetery, Kerrville, Texas. Her original marker was replaced at some point with the current marker. On the back it lists "My sons - Henry, George, Jack, Albert, Jake". (John Francis' nickname was Jack).
