Mrs. Ripley Dies; Funeral Sunday
Mathews, Feb. 6 - Mrs. Nancy Jerusha Ripley died at her home at Motorun Thursday evening.
Surviving are her husband, Capt. Wesley Ripley; two daughters, Mrs. Pansy R. Hudgins and Mrs. Merle V. Armstead; a son, Carroll Ripley; one sister, Mrs. Burley Hudgins; two brothers, George L. Hutson and J. M. Hutson, all of Mathews county.
Mrs. Ripley was a member of Beulah Methodist church and of Oriental chapter, Order of Eastern Star.
Funeral services will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. at Beulah church, conducted by the Rev. W. S. Grant. Interment will be in Friendship cemetery with Eastern Star rites.
