Bavon - Pansy Ripley Hudgins, 96, died Monday, June 12, in Riverside Middle Peninsula Hospital, Gloucester.
Mrs. Hudgins was a member of Beulah United Methodist Church, New Point. She was a charter member and past worthy matron of Order Eastern Star Oriental Chapter No. 30, Mathews.
Survivors include one son, Hezekiah T. Hudgins Jr. of Hampton; one sister, Mrs. Harry Armistead of Bavon; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday in Foster-Faulkner Funeral Home, Mathews, by the Rev James Maddox. Burial will follow in Friendship Cemetery, Susan.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home. A memorial service will be conducted at 8 p.m. by Order of Eastern Star Oriental Chapter No. 30
