According to the Carter Pioneers of Provo, Utah. There are two children by Dominicus Carter Named Nellie Ann Carter.

Chapter 3 page 159
Dominicus and Sylvia Ameretta Mecham Carter third child was Nellie Ann Carter Born May 26, 1865. She died at a young age.

Chapter 8 page 251.
Dominicus and Frances Nash Carter their second child was Nellie Ann Carter born 1863 and died in 1863.

Also on page 102 Dominicus Carters children are listed in Chronological order this list shows both Nellie Ann Carters and their mothers.

This is not the only two children with the exact same name. There is two Erzas, two Harriett's, two Mary's, ect….

Page 100 Why Mary and Elizabeth chose "Erza" as a name for their babies has not been told to the present generation of carter progeny. They were born at the same place and within hours on the same night.
