Nampa --- Enos C. Carter, 84, died Monday morning at a Nampa hospital following a lingering illness. He had been a resident of Idaho for the past 35 years.

Surviving are a son, R. W. Carter of Nampa; four daughters, Mrs. Lewis Gordon of Emmett, Mrs. L. G. Andrews of Los Angeles, Mrs. E. G. Peron of Nitton, Cal., and Mrs. J. M. Hutton of Wilder; 23 grandchildren, and a brother, John Carter, of Provo, Utah.

The body is at Talley's funeral home. Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Talley chapel, with the second ward L.D.S. church in charge. Burial will be in Kohler-lawn cemetery.
