BIRTH: Her name and birthdate appear on "a Xerox copy of a typewritten copy of a handwritten copy of what purported to be an exact copy of 'Uncle Dominicus Carter's records.'"

DEATH: My source is the book "Carter Pioneers of Provo Utah" (notorious for its errors), page 216 - the record of the children of Polly Miner. I haven't been able to find a burial record for her. She is probably buried in an unmarked grave in the Carter family lot of the Provo Cemetery, but please correct me if I'm wrong!
