Obit: [Contributed by Gert Scholten.] Wednesday morning at six o'clock occurred the death of Mrs. Sam Brink at her home in Hospers. Mrs. Brink was fifty years of age and had been sick for
several years with paralysis.
The end came suddenly and was a surprise and shock to her many friends. She
has been a resident of Hospers for about twenty years. The funeral was held this Friday at one P.M., from the Christian Reformed Church and at twelve-thirty from the residence. Besides her husband, Mrs. Brink leaves ten children to mourn her loss; Nic of Sanborn, John, Charles, Henry, Simon and Fred of Hospers; Mrs. Gerrit Roos of Hospers; Mrs. Boone of Sibley; Mrs. Herman Oldekamp of Sheldon and Miss Anna Brink of Hospers.
