Obituary from the Wayne County Record:

"Mrs Dora Mae Robertson, who died last Monday night a 7:05 o'clock at her home in East St. Louis, was laid to rest Wednesday afternoon following funeral services at one o'clock in the Kurrus Funeral Home in East St. Louis.

Mrs. Robertson passed away after an illness of three weeks.

Mr. and Mrs. Foster Allen and Raymond Copeland of this city attended the services.

Dora Mae Allen was born January 7, 1878, departed this life December 20, 1937, at the age of 61 years, 11 months and 13 days.

In September, 1903, she was united in marriage to Elmer Robertson, who remains to mourn her passing. Many years ago she accepted Christ as her Savior and later received the Baptism with the Holy Ghost and was united with the Church of God, of which she remained a faithful member until death.

Besides her husband she leaves two brothers -- Joe of Quincy, Ill. and Foster of Fairfield; one sister -- Mrs. Ada Winslow of Marianna, Florida, and other relatives and many friends who mourn her untimely passing."
