Anna L. Hahn, 82, formerly of Butler Arbors, died at 12:30 a.m. today at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.
Born Dec. 16, 1914, in Nineveh, Clarion County, she was the daughter of the late Newton Clarence and Florence Romaine (McKinley) Stepp.
She was a member of St. Peter Roman Catholic Church.
Surviving are six daughters, Mrs. Thomas (Doris) Smith of Saxonburg, Mrs. Gerald (Janet) Hoffman of Kennerdell, Mrs. Diane Goehring of Butler, with whom she made her home, Mrs. John (Rose) Terlisner of Rowlett, Texas, and Mrs. Becky Crawford and Mrs. Harvey (Patricia) Daum, both of Butler; a son Richard Hahn of Chicora; two sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Albert of Butler and Mrs. Louis (Beverly) Lescoult of Newport News, Va; a brother, Russell Stepp of Niceville, Fla; 16 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Her husband, Earl A. Hahn, Sr., whom she married June 14, 1935, died Aug. 7, 1987. She also was preceded in death by a son a brother and two sisters.
Friends of Anna L. Hahn, who died Monday, June 16, 1997, will be received today and Tuesday. A mass of christian burial will be celebrated Wednesday with Burial at Butler County Memorial Park.
