Diane Bernice Goehring, 79, of Cabot passed away after an illness Thursday, March 4, 2021, at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh.

She was born May 28, 1941, in Butler, and was the daughter of the late Earl and Anna (Stepp) Hahn.

Diane was a waitress and retired from Natali Restaurant after 20 years. Diane loved her family, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She enjoyed sewing, traveling, crocheting, gardening, going to the movies and taking bus tours with her sisters.

Surviving are two daughters, Kimberly (Dennis) Rishel of Butler, and Dawn (Frank) Crimbchin of Cabot; a son, James (Lynette) Goehring of Emlenton; 10 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; her sisters, Janet (Gerald) Hoffman of Kennerdell, Rose (John) Terlisner of Texas, Rebecca (James) Crawford of Butler, and Patricia (Harvey) Daum of Butler; her brother, Richard (Chris) Hahn of Greece City; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Donald B. Goehring; her son, Brian Goehring; her sister, Dorris (Tom) Smith; and one brother, Earl "Butch" Hahn.

GOEHRING - Friends of Diane Bernice Goehring, who died Thursday, March 4, 2021, will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, March 7, 2021, at Young Funeral Home, 127 W. Jefferson St., Butler.

A memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Monday at Butler County Memorial Park.
Interment will be held in Butler County Memorial Park, Butler.

The family asks that anyone wishing to attend wear a mask and practice social distancing.
