Services were held Thursday at Dunn and Quigley Funeral Home in Akron for Bernard Bilderback, 71, former Orrville resident. Burial was in Wadsworth Cemetery.
Bilderback died July 30 at Akron General Hospital. He had lived at 1168 Edison Ave., Akron. He was born in Millersburg, the son of Del and Mary Hummel Bilderback and lived in Orrville when he was an employee of Pennsylvania Railroad. Since moving to Akron he had been employed at Firestone Tire and Rubber Co.
Surviving are two daughters, Mary Ellen Abel of Columbus and Joan Payne of Akron; a brother, Waldo Bilderback and a sister, Mabel Miller both of Orrville.
His wife, Alice died previously.
