Charlotte A. Shutt, 80, died Saturday at 11:36 a.m. in an automobile accident in Garrett.
She lived at 1587 County Road 56, Garrett and wa a former employee of the Newberry 5 and 10-cent store, Auburn.
Mrs. Shutt was born June 10, 1911, in Garrett to the late Arthur and Sarah (Foster) Wookcock.
She married Edward Shutt on Feb. 18, 1930, in Garrett, and he survives.
Also surviving are four sons, Leroy of Arlington, Texas, Louis of Detroit, Rober of Edgerton, Ohio, and James of Georgetown, Pa.; three daughters, Beverly McCray of New Castle, Mary Ann Warstler of Churubusco, and Martha Free of Waterloo; four brothers, Alfred and Arthur, both of Auburn, Roger of Corunna, and Ralph of Santa Barbara, Ca,; four sisters, Margaret Truman of Whitmore Lake, Mich., Edith Miller of Waterloo, Florence Berndt of Butler and Patricia Sutton of Fort Wayne; 16 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
One granddaughter preceded her in death.
Friends may call today from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. in Feller Funeral Home, Waterloo.
Services will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the funeral home wi the Rev. Ronald Bowman officiating. Burial will be in the Cedar Creek Chapel Cemetery, Garrett.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
