Death certificate states Nelson Lee Breckenridge was born in *Mississippi*. This is incorrect! I am currently trying to get that corrected.He was born in Elkton, Hickory Co, "Missouri" and raised in Henry Co, *Missouri*, the youngest of 13 children. Served briefly in the Navy ca 1904-1905. Settled in Queens Co, New York where he married Delia O'Halloran who immigrated to the U. S. from Ireland in 1904 (became a naturalized citizen in 1918). Nelson Lee and Delia had at least 2 children, James William born ca 1919 and Sheila born ca 1922. They later moved to Hopkinton, Washington Co, Rhode Island. Nelson worked as a mechanic and as a night watchman.
