She was born near Granger, Missouri, August 6, 1905, the daughter of James G. (supposed to be A.) and Alice Elizabeth Billings Dochterman.
She was married to W. H. Waters, August 21, 1925, in Hannibal.
Mrs. Waters was a member of the Baptist Church, O.E.S., and the Royal Neighbors.
Survivors include her husband, a son, W. E. Waters, Warren, Texas, two sisters, Mrs. Cleo Hawkins, Milan, Illinois and Mrs. Helen Brotherton, Luray, four brothers, Otho of Luray, Clarence of Wyaconda, John of Granger and Robert of Arbela, Missouri.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother.
Services were at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Wyaconda Baptist Church with the Rev Harry Kearns and the Rev. Donald Gowin officiating. Burial in Wyaconda Cemetery.
