Obituary in The State, Columbia, SC, 4 Feb 1934: Funeral services for Miss Eva Lucile Amick, 28, of 2809 Columbia avenue, who died Thursday afternoon, will be held at the Lutheran Church of the Reformation at 10 o'clock this morning, conducted by her pastor, the Rev. Wynne C. Boliek. Interment will be at Macedonia Lutheran churchyard, near Chapin. Miss Amick was a native of Lexington county but for the past ten years had lived with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert L. Amick, 2809 Columbia avenue. She leaves many friends to mourn her passing. Besides her parents, whe is survived by three sisters, Mrs. D. D. Price of Lexington, Mrs. J. M. Orr and Miss Maye Amick , both of Columbia; four brothers, L. Monroe Amick, C. G. Amick, R. Heber Amick and R. Ray Amick, all of Columbia.
