Grace Geniel Nielson Clements, age 97 of American Fork, died May 14, 2011. She was born Jan. 15, 1914 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Martinus and Ellen Ovida Negstad Nielson. She married Welby LaRay Clements on July 26, 1930 in Manti, Utah. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Welby died May 29, 1986.

Grace was a homemaker and had worked in Direct Care at the Utah State Developmental Center. She served in numerous callings in the LDS Church including a Scout leader and as a Missionary in the San Jose, California mission. She had a quick wit and numerous talents including hand work which she loved to give to others.

Survived by three sons and two daughters, a foster daughter, 50 Grandchildren, over 160 Great-grandchildren and over 50 Great-great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by sons, Martin LaRay and Darold Jay Clements, brothers, William (Bill), John, and Ole Nielson, and sister Mary Robinson.

A viewing was held Sunday evening, May 15, 2011 from 6-8 p.m. at the Wing Mortuary,118 E. Main, Lehi. Graveside services were held Monday, May 16th at 1:00 p.m. in the American Fork City Cemetery.
