Theresa A. Wutzke, 60, of Verndale, Minn., died May 31, 1998 at her home.
Mrs. Wutzke was born on Aug 31, 1937 in Aldrich, Minn., to Alex and Leona Dibble Cameron. She married Alfred Wutzke on Jan. 2, 1957 in Stples, Minn. She taught school north of Blue Grass, Central, Aldrich and Bluffton for 23 years.
For 17 years, she was on the Verndale School Board. For the last 10 years, she has been a home health care aid, until her illness. She was a member of St, Frederick's Catholic Church, Christian Mothers, and Royal Neighbors. She enjoyed collecting coffee cups, watching birds and playing bingo.
Funeral services were held June 3 at St. Frederick's Catholic Church in Verndale with the Revs. Peter Kirchner and Tom Becker officiating. Interment was in the Mother of Sorrows Catholic Cemetery in Aldrich, with the Bielema Family Funeral Home of Verndale in charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers were Greg, Tim, Matthew, John, Steven, Frank, James, David, Steven, Shawn, Scott, Todd, Micky and Chad Cameron, and Joe, Tim, Gilbert and David Wutzke. Honorary pallbearers were Lester Jasmer, Bill Fisher, Marvin Runyan, Clem Otremba, Ken Carlson, Louie Randall, Clarence Bramer, John Strom, Maurice Lynch, Larry Nelson, Laurel Waldahl and John Friedli.
Mrs. Wutzke is survived by her husband, Alfred; daughters, Nancy (Donald Johnson) Wutzke of Champlin, Minn., Katherine (Michael) Moore of Macon, Ga., and Mary Jo (Jay) Schroeder of Chaska, Minn.; sons, Jim (Terri) Wutzke of Coon Rapids, Minn., Mark Wutzke of Champlin, Minn., and Michael (Rebecca) Wutzke of Harford, S.D..; nine grandchildren; sister, Pearl "Gertie" (Herb) Domeno of Hawthorne, Calif,; brothers, Loren "Lefty" Cameron of Staples, Donald (Janice) Cameron of Aldrich, and David (Carol) Cameron of Staples; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Frank James, Jerry and Kenny; and a sister, Harriet.
