Mrs. Polly Swarm, one of the old residents of Piney township, aged 89 years, died last Wednesday. The old lady was one of the most highly respected residents of the township wherein she lived and was liked by all her neighbors. She leaves several grown up children. The funeral took place from her late residence on Saturday, the 19th instant and she was buried at Churchville where she had been a member of the Lutheran church for many years. Her Pastor, Rev. Zimbeck, officiated and a large number of relatives and friends accompanied her remains to the grave.
