MRS. JOHN W. THOMAS
Mrs. Roxie Wildasin Thomas, 74, widow of John W. Thomas, Glen Rock RD 3, died at the York Hospital yesterday at 11 p.m. She had suffered a heart attack earlier.
Mrs. Thomas had resided in the Bonnair area the past 48 years and was a member of the United Church of Christ congregation of Fissel's Union Church, near Glen Rock, and the Sunday school.
Surviving are six sons and three daughters, Raymond L., Walter G., Clark A., Ralph E., and John W. Thomas, Jr., all of Glen Rock RD 3; Mrs. Walter C. Smith and Mrs. Paul M. Dehoff, both of Glen Rock RD 1, and Mrs. Frank M. Whitcraft and Stewart F. Thomas, both of New Freedom RD 1; 36 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, a sister, Mrs. John Greenplate, Glen Rock RD 1, and two brothers, Daniel P. Wildasin, Millers, Md., and Horatio P. Wildasin, York.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at Fissel's Church, with the Rev. Elmo Beck, her pastor, officiating. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery.
