GREENPLATE – On December 13, 1972, at Colonial Manor Nursing Home, York, Jennie Wildasin Greenplate, wife of the late John Greenplate, Glen Rock RD 1, aged 87 years, and two days.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services on Saturday at 2 p.m. from the Geiple Funeral Home, Glen Rock. Interment in Jefferson Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday evening from 7 to 9.

Mrs. Jennie Greenplate

BRODBECK – Mrs. Jennie Wildasin Greenplate, 87, of Glen Rock RD 1, wife of the late John Greenplate, died at 8 p.m. Wednesday at Colonial Manor Nursing Home, York, where she resided six months.
Prior to entering the nursing home, Mrs. Greenplate resided for 10 years with her son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Reginald Greenplate, Glen Rock RD 1.
A life-long Brodbeck area resident, she was a daughter of the late Levi and Lydia Utz Wildasin, and belonged to Jefferson United Methodist Church. She was a member of the Ladies' Auxiliary of Jefferson Fire Co.
Surviving, in addition to her son, are five grandchildren and one great grandson.
Her pastor, the Rev. Harold L. Rosenberry, will officiate at funeral services Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Geiple Funeral Home, Glen Rock. Burial will be in Jefferson Cemetery.
