Mr. Lawrence (Farmer) Hamlin, 1423 Upland Drive – Age 63, passed away at his home Sunday afternoon following a lingering illness. He was a life resident of the Kalamazoo area and was employed as a foreman at the Kalamazoo Paper Company. He was a member of the Moose Lodge. Surviving are: his wife, Lucille M.; his mother, Mrs. Mae Herring of Vicksburg; one sister, Mrs. Opal Allison and one brother, William R., both of Kalamazoo; several nieces and nephews. Services will be held Wed afternoon at 1 p.m. at the Redmond Funeral Home. Burial Mr. Olivet Cemetery.
